What is your return policy on used or tested gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. For safety reasons, certain technical equipment like climbing ropes or helmets cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs for oversized items like skis, snowboards, and bikes are calculated at checkout based on the dimensional weight and destination country.
Can I book equipment rentals online before arriving at the mountain?
Absolutely. Our online reservation system allows you to book skis, snowboards, and mountain bikes in advance, ensuring your gear is tuned and ready for pickup the moment you arrive.

All new products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Base Mountain Sports also provides a 1-year craftsmanship guarantee on all professional mounting and tuning services performed in-shop.
