At Base Mountain Sports, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
